Rates Information:

  • Rates shown are in New Zealand dollars (NZD) and inclusive of tax

  • Rates are per villa per night

  • Rates are valid until 31 March 2026

  • We welcome guests 12 years and above in the Lagoon View Executive Villas and 16 years and above in the Beachfront Villas and Lagoon View Villas

  • Check In Time: 2pm

  • Check Out Time: 11am

  • Minimum stay is three nights

  • Cancellation and non-arrival policy applies

  • Airport Transfers are at an additional charge

Cancellation Policy:

  • Cancellation and non arrival policy applies to all bookings made at Sea Change Villas. Cancellations must be in writing and received by Sea Change Villas 31 days prior to scheduled date of arrival.

  • Cancellations received 31 days or more from scheduled date of arrival will not incur a cancellation penalty.

  • Cancellations received less than 31 days from the scheduled arrival date, no-shows, or reductions to your stay while at Sea Change, will incur the full cost of the original accommodation charge

We are a very popular Traveller choice and are often booked out in advance and are unable to deviate from our cancellation policy which is strictly enforced. We strongly recommend guests take out Travel Insurance to guard against unforeseen eventualities.

To secure your booking, a 30% deposit is required at time of confirmation with final payment due 30 days prior to arrival.
